SOLD OUT

"I had the pleasure of working with Clara Stegall on a recording only a short while ago. Clara possesses a remarkably mature tone and technique for someone just embarking on a career as a singer. Her range — both in terms of dynamics and pitch — was broad and controlled, and her musicality as a singer was evident in whatever role she turned herself to on that session, from backing harmonies to belted leads. I'm expecting big things from Clara!" - Jay Hodgson ( Professor of Musicology and Popular Music Studies at The University of Western Ontario)  Clara currently resides between San Francisco, CA, USA and Grand Bend, ON, Canada. She will be attending Berklee College of Music in the Fall of 2014

Westminister Park Album Release Party for "Dear Honoured Listener"

Our songs are intimate, catchy, fun, romantic, folky-chamber-pop-rock and roll, and above all else – honest.

Westminster Park is named after a beautiful area in our hometown of London, Ontario Canada.  A chance encounter at a local bar brought us together.  On the first night we met, Steve said he wanted to make music and Colleen said she could be his back up singer.  From there, a whirl wind romance, a self financed debut album( Westminster Park Self Titled 2003), and marriage all came to pass.

Sam Taylor Toronto, ON  wsg's The Driftwood Sound Devotion (performing songs from The Band)     presented by www.themanuelplay.com

presented by www.themanuelplay.com

Sam Taylor is a force of nature that has been energizing audiences with his electric guitar riffs since he hit the London live music landscape at a young age.  His earth quaking rhythms have been known to inspire foot stomping, approval shouting, and spontaneous singing amongst his instant fans.  Sam will be joined onstage by his incendiary backing band and this night will shine a light on Sam's significant guitar playing talent as he rolls through a tremendous catalogue of rollicking blues based rock tunes and original beauties.  This night will also feature the music of the iconic rock group The Band, recreated by The Driftwood Sound Devotion.  These musicians have dedicated themselves to carrying on the tradition of performing Roots based and Americana music, a genre that was once created by The Band.

SAT June 21, times & $t.b.a. Front Room

Marianne Girard

“Elegantly simple, folk-tinged ballads; very personal tales of love and panoramic ruminations, well served by a light and airy, almost casual treatment.”
Greg Quill, Toronto Star

The only thing lacking is the greater recognition this performer deserves. To quote Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman: ‘Attention must be paid’.”
Bill Colgate, songwriter, Toronto.
